Our client is a Multinational company in compressor industry looking for professional, who is

committed to be part of their team as:

Sales Engineer

Work Location : Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Purpose: To meet the sales targets of Indonesia and to support distributors. Indonesia is a focus country and we wish to establish our direct presence in the long run and hence we are increasing sales people.
Will report to the Country Manager for Indonesia
The Sale Engineer will ensure business generation by:
Enquiry generation
Closing Sales Leads and order execution
Customer relationship
Assisting distributors for Sales
Achieve sales Targets – Direct & through distributors in assigned territory
Provide support to Distributor
Train and develop distributor teams

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. Job role in Sales Engineer or equivalent.
Should be fluent in Bahasa & English
Have compressor knowledge
Exposure to manufacturing industry
Should be aware of local compressor industry
Should be target oriented
Have the ability to manage sales and drive dristributors
Should be customer Centric
Have experience in the Compressor Industry is a must
