Manage & supervise Customer Service Team to
ensure continued growth and customer
satisfaction :
- Responsible for the Customer Service Matrix
monthly report.
- Ensures customer satisfaction including prompt
dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
Able to present issues with recommended
solutions.
- Ensure compliance to Code of Business Conduct
and Corporate Policies.
2. SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
(NPI)
Support the Sales & Marketing activities and serve
as a point of reference in the technical knowledge
about Company products, applications of its
products as well as troubleshooting for
Customers and End users :
- Work closely with sales team to troubleshoot
issues found with converting and/or end-use
applications of company products.
