Bank Andara is a whosale bank that provides both financial and transactional products to microfinance instutions. As a foreign private commercial bank, pioneering financial partner of the Indonesia microfinance sector, Bank Andara is opening the opportunity of talented, qualified and dedicated banking professionals who seek a challenging career to join our company, for the following positions:

. Minimum 10 years experience in Banking operations
. Excellent knowledge of Process Re-engineering/Process mapping
. Design, develop for improvement and document Bank's operational activities
. Understand how to mitigate risk in all bangking operations
. Have good communication, analytical and presentation skills
. Manage implementation of new operational processes to achieve quality service to both external and internal customers at optimum cost-effectiveness

. Have minimum 2 years experience working in the Banking industry
. Plan, design, develop and deploy efficient information systems and operation systems in support of core organizational function

. At least 10 years internal audit experience in a large bank covering operational, risk and assurance audits at a recognized senior level
. Understand bank operational risk management
. Significant experience in risk-based audit methodology
. Able to generate good audit reports to be presented to Audit Committee
. Good presentation and negotiation skills

. Having min 5 years experience in microfinance and SME business
. Used to work with financial target as a key performance indicators loan portfolio, fee base income, load quality, new loan customer and audit rating
. Strong financial analysis knowledge in interpreting all forms of financial data
. Willing to work under pressure
. Strong credit risk assement skill

General Requirements:
. Possess minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
. Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment
. Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization
. Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
. Willing to be assigned in Bali area (1&2)
. Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia (3&4)
