ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES/ACCOUNT MANAGERS

* 5 Account Executives/Account Managers, for Public Sector, Telecommunication, and Finance Industries.
* 3 Account Executives/Account Managers, for Products.

Job Description :

* As a representative of the company to involve in creating sales & marketing activities to achieve company goals and objectives;
* He/She should create, maintain and improve sales & marketing opportunity in specific industry or product assigned;
* Conduct sales activities and monitoring to meet company’s sales target in direct solutions, products, and/or services;


* Possesses sales experience in direct selling from mid to large enterprises on enterprise business solutions;
* Responsible for maintaining current customer base as well as building a pipeline for new business opportunities;
* Responsible for maintaining relationship with existing and new customers, includes relationship with principles.

Qualification & Experience :

* Degree Holder with 0 - 8 years of proven track record in IT industry, focusing on mid-large enterprise customers;
* Experience in enterprise solution for different industries;
* Result-oriented and self-driven, with demonstrated success in the IT industry;
* Good knowledge of market intelligence, research and business statistics;
* Must be comfortable dealing with C levels or senior management within enterprises and have demonstrated the ability to develop solutions and drive revenue in complex account situations;
* Strong listening skills so as to tailor presentations and proposals;
* Consistently achieved no less than 100% of revenue target;
* Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, analytic and conflict management skills, with a high commitment to customer satisfaction;
* Service oriented personality;
* Fluent in English;
* Able to maintain and commit on a semester base target.
