DBE 3 Teacher Training Specialist (Code: TTS-DBE3)

Proyek Decentralized Basic Education 3, yang didanai oleh USAID, bekerja di berbagai kabupaten/kota di beberapa propinsi dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan SMP dan MTs. Saat ini sedang mencari lima (5) orang specialist pelatihan guru (teacher training specialist) untuk membantu pelaksanaan program. Specialist tersebut akan ditempatkan sebagai berikut: satu kantor pusat di Jakarta dan masing-masing satu di tiap kantor propinsi, yaitu di Medan, Bandung, Surabaya dan Makassar.

Tugas specialist pelatihan guru di propinsi mencapkup:
- Merencanakan program pelatihan untuk masing-masing propinsi.
- Membantu kabupaten memilih pelatih tingkat kabupaten/kota untuk mata pelajaran pokok serta melaksanakan program pelatihan.

Specialist yang ditempatkan di Jakarta mengkoordinasikan, mendukung, serta memonitor pelaksanaan program di setiap propinsi.

Calon harus memiliki ijazah S1 dan S2 dalam bidang pendidikan yang sesuai, serta berpengalaman dalam mengelola dan melaksanakan program pelatihan guru yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan Contextual Learning (CTL) dan/atau PAKEM. Tugas akan selama lebih 18 bulan dan besarnya gaji akan bergantung pada kualifikasi serta pengalaman calon.
